New OEM BMW discs and dog eared plates.  I only use OEM components, the low cost options like "RacingDiffs" don't even last 1000 km.  Their coating is barely harder than paint. The Genuine BMW discs made by ZF will last at least 10 times longer, making them the most cost effective and durable solution. Dod eared plates are Genuine BMW/Porsche/MuG or better.
